Aroks Group Sp. z o.o. provides the operational and digital infrastructure for the Unified Trade & Technology Network (UTTN).
2. About UTTN
Unified Trade & Technology Network (UTTN) is a developing network focused on business, technology and project-related enquiries that may require research, verification, representation of interests, partner search or access to relevant expertise.
UTTN is not a public authority, funding institution, university, investment fund, legal practice, employment agency or financial institution.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate agreement, UTTN does not guarantee:
- obtaining funding or grants;
- entering a specific market;
- finding a customer, investor or partner;
- successful commercialisation of a technology;
- the conclusion of any contract;
- the outcome of negotiations or decisions made by third parties.
3. Electronic Services Available Through the Website
The website may provide the following electronic services free of charge:
- access to information published on UTTN.org;
- submission of contact enquiries;
- submission of business, technology or project requests;
- submission of requests concerning potential cooperation or partnership;

- suggest a possible next step;
- refer the request to a relevant expert or partner with the user’s agreement;
- decline to continue with the request.
If paid work is proposed, its scope, price, responsibilities and other conditions will be agreed separately before such work begins.
7. Partner Search and Introductions
UTTN may research potential partners, experts, companies, research organisations, institutions or other entities that may be relevant to a submitted request.
Any recommendation, shortlist or introduction is based on the information reasonably available at the time of the research.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, UTTN does not provide a legal, financial, technical or commercial guarantee regarding a potential partner.
Users should carry out their own due diligence before entering into a contract, investment, partnership or other binding relationship with a third party.
8. Representation of Interests
Where separately agreed, UTTN or a designated representative may support initial communication with third parties on behalf of a company, project team or other entity.
The scope of such representation is limited to what has been expressly agreed with the requesting party.
UTTN does not have authority to enter into contracts, make binding declarations or assume liabilities on behalf of another party unless a separate written authorisation or agreement expressly provides otherwise.

Participation in the network does not create an employment relationship, agency relationship, partnership within the meaning of company law, joint venture or exclusivity unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.
12. Responsibility of Independent Partners
Experts and companies involved in UTTN projects may operate as independent entities.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each independent partner is responsible for:
- its own professional services;
- the accuracy of its advice and deliverables;
- its own licences, authorisations and professional qualifications;
- its own tax and legal obligations;
- compliance with applicable law within its area of responsibility.
Where a separate agreement is concluded directly between a user and an independent partner, that partner is responsible for performance of that agreement.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the content of UTTN.org, including texts, graphics, branding, website structure and original materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may view and use publicly available materials for personal or internal business purposes.
Copying, reproducing, publishing, selling, modifying or commercially exploiting substantial parts of the website or original UTTN materials without permission is prohibited unless permitted by law.
