Unified Trade & Technology Network is a network designed to support business, technology and project-related requests that require a combination of different capabilities and partners.
UTTN does not seek to replace consultancies, universities, technology experts, grant advisers or marketing agencies. Our role is to help understand the challenge, examine possible routes and identify the people or organisations with whom it may be worth continuing the work.
Clarify the challenge before deciding which service, expert or programme may be relevant.
Assess possible scenarios, constraints and the capabilities needed for the next step.
Identify partners, experts or institutions relevant to the specific request.
One project may simultaneously require market intelligence, a technology expert, a local business partner, a university, a grant adviser, a lawyer, a marketing specialist, an IT team, access to a relevant funding source or a company willing to run a pilot.
UTTN is being developed as a practical point of contact where such a need can first be structured and then connected with relevant participants.
Research and practical information about markets, companies and opportunities.
Specialists who can assess technical, scientific or innovation-related questions.
Local companies, distributors, suppliers, representatives and implementation partners.
Grant, legal, IT, marketing and organisational expertise for complex projects.
Universities, laboratories, R&D teams and institutions that can strengthen a project.
Companies, support programmes or other funding sources that may support testing, deployment or scale-up.
UTTN builds on experience related to international cooperation, technology transfer, technology and innovation projects, grant-funded and educational initiatives, business development, marketing, digital solutions, CRM, automation and the development of information and partner networks.
This experience includes work in technology transfer and international cooperation and informs the current UTTN model.
Cross-border projects, partnerships and network development.
Technology-related projects, innovation needs and commercialisation routes.
Marketing, CRM, automation and digital infrastructure for project delivery.
Grant initiatives, educational activities and international project development.
